At 7 Lakes Alliance, being a good partner means offering services that complement the activities and advance the goals of each colleague. Collaboration of like-minded organizations will ensure positive and lasting impact on the ecological health of the Belgrade Lakes Watershed.
7 Lakes Alliance seeks and welcomes voluntary collaboration and partnership with area lake associations, conservation organizations, educational institutions, municipalities, state agencies, and our supporting members. We believe we are most effective when we work together to develop conservation plans, priorities, and solutions.

Colby College
Since 2010, 7 Lakes Alliance has collaborated with Colby College – a premier environmental and lake science research institution – to better understand the ecology of the Belgrade Lakes and to develop exceptional research, education, innovative approaches, and guidance to our partners and neighbors throughout the watershed.

Lake Associations
7 Lakes Alliance promotes collaboration and partnership with local lake associations to create and share resources and innovative solutions to conservation challenges.

Maine Lakes is the only statewide, nonprofit 501(c)(3) membership organization dedicated to the protection of Maine lakes through science, education and policy.
