About The Event
Join us for a hike up French Mountain to watch the second full moonrise of the month! This event is a crowd favorite and the view from French Mountain is hard to beat. This full moon is extra special because it is a Blue Moon and a Super Moon at the same time!
Moonrise is at 7:30 pm, so please arrive at the French Mountain trailhead before 7:00 pm. If you are able, please carpool to minimize cars that must park on the road. Please be prepared with appropriate footwear, a flashlight or headlamp, and water. This trail is a moderately challenging 0.8-mile loop with a summit view of Long Pond.
