The highest accepted bidder will have his/her choice of the two spaces it prefers. The second-highest accepted bidder will be awarded the remaining space.
Accepted bidders will be expected to sign a one-year agreement with 7 Lakes Alliance for use of the space, with two one-year options that may be exercised upon the consent and agreement of both parties. An escalator clause may be negotiated into the contract.
Accepted bidders will be contractually responsible for ensuring the content in the spaces is up-to-date, and for the appearance, maintenance and repair of the advertising spaces. The spaces are to be bordered by a white wooden trim, covered with a scratch-free plexiglass surface and include a locking mechanism. Advertisers accept all liability associated with the use of the spaces and must provide a waiver of subrogation to 7 Lakes Alliance.
